Competency Assessments

Start with our built-in Competency Library, or add your own. And because not all employees are the same, you can design any number of Competency Profiles to suit your corporate culture.

What's your preference in review formats? 360, Multi-rater, Supervisor/Employee, Probationary Assessments? We support all all of these. There are no limits on the number of 360 Assessors, and they can be from inside or outside of your organization.

Goal and Objective Setting

Employees and managers can work together to set and achieve their goals and objectives. All kinds of objectives are supported: Peformance, Development and Career Objectives. The system also allows for periodic validation and adjusting of objectives. Employees and Supervisors can keep notes on their progress, and add objectives at any time. Objectives can be long-term or short.

Performance Reviews

Tie Competency Assessments and and Goals & Objectives into a comphensive Performance Review, identifying strengths and areas for development, career planning, training needs. Reviews can be configured as probationary, annual, or any other periodicity. Then can be triggered on Hire Dates, Anniversaries, or initiated in batches.

This IS 2009, after all. Our whole system runs on the Web, with complete encrypted security, that lets your administrators, managers and employees access it anywhere the web connects. No software to download. Platform-independent. We support all major web browsers and computer platforms. There's no software to install - employees and managers recieve their tasks by email, click a link, and instantly arrive at a login screen. In a matter of seconds they are participating in their tasks with minimal disruption to the rest of their day.
